Our bikes are shipped partially assembled to ensure safe and compact transport. You will receive the bike with the following parts disassembled:

• Handlebar

• Front wheel

• Saddle and seatpost (unless it's a dropper post, in which case it comes pre-installed)

• Pedals (when included as standard)

How to assemble your bike

Yes, all our bikes are taken out of the box, adjusted, inspected, and then repackaged. So, your bike will arrive fully tuned and ready to ride.

For electric bikes or models with batteries, these are charged and/or updated before shipping.

At the moment, we do not accept bicycles as part of the payment for new purchases. All orders must be completed through the available payment methods at checkout.

If this changes in the future, we will update our policy accordingly on our website.

To apply for bike financing, you’ll typically need to provide the following:

• National ID or passport
• Proof of income (e.g., recent payslips or tax return)
• Bank account details (for direct debit)
• Additional documents may be required depending on the financing provider

All our bikes are delivered with a complimentary water bottle and bottle cage.

Bikes are shipped in a reinforced box with internal protections to prevent damage during transit. We work with specialized couriers to ensure fast and secure delivery.

All our new bikes include the official manufacturer’s warranty, which typically covers:

Online purchases have the same legal validity as in-store purchases. Please keep your invoice as proof of warranty.

In this case, if you wish to change or replace a specific part, you can purchase the new component and let us know that you'd like to substitute it for the one included by default.

Registration is not mandatory, but highly recommended. Some brands offer warranty extensions or additional support only if the bike is registered on their official website.

Yes, all our bikes are packed with specialized protective materials to prevent any damage in transit. We use reinforced boxes, high-density foam, and protection on the frame, fork, wheels, and drivetrain.

Each box is manually checked before shipping to ensure everything arrives in perfect condition.

We are committed to responsible logistics. We use recyclable packaging and optimize each shipment to reduce volume and carbon footprint.
