Body-Mapping Technology
UNIQUEs are the world’s first “body-mapped” cyclists. Our entire experience and know-how has focused on squeezing out those studies and getting some sneakers with a new fit. Road UNIQUE sneakers offer a perfect combination of support, comfort and breathability.
The Horma
Hand-wrapped, the inner layer accurately follows the outline of the foot, created in the capital of high-performance cyclist footwear.
The Ant of the Unique Shoes came to life after long discussions and cafes in several seasons where we joined the greatest talent in the matter around the Dolomites. Developed in common by Q36.5 cyclist clothing experts and world experts on cyclist footwear. The last layer of the Unique are adjusted thinking of maximizing the pedaling power and reducing fatigue.
The Template
The internal template with memory effect reduces the foot pressure by 10% compared to other shoes on the market.
Created in collaboration with Elastic Interface® badana experts, these slippers have a high density foam that improves comfort and absorbs microvibrations even on the longest routes.
The Empeine
The upper part has been designed in a single microfiber piece of 1 mm, with no tongue.
Unlike the commonly used PU, the Unique have a structure that adapts to the shape of the foot and with exceptional breathability and comfort. The bow of the sole has been designed to ensure efficient support of the heel pedaling at the tip of the foot.
BOA® adjustment
The BOA® dials are available for the press system Last-generation Li2 offering accurate and uniform adjustment distribution.
When working on the unique outer layer of the Unique, the BOA® cord slides perfectly avoiding excessive pressure points.
Electric wrap holder
A smart support system that embraces the empeine to hold it and stabilize it, maximizing comfort and power in the pedal cycle.
Throughout the empeine, the Power Wrap microfibre structure helps absorb vibrations and balance the pedaling. Hardly visible, the Power Wrap helps every pedal to be as comfortable, efficient and safe as possible.
The sole
A carbon fiber of the aerospace industry with a smart point of flexibility conveniently studied for excellent performance and great comfort.
The Unique sole has been designed to combine pedaling efficiency in all types of terrain and in mixed conditions. The body mapping applied to the heel area has allowed us to create a small range of flexibility to reduce pressure on tendons and over muscle load, while improving blood irrigation.
