How to use

When you apply it to your shorts, start at the seams of your badana as this is the most likely area to cause irritation. From here, move towards the center of the badana with a circular movement. This applies the cream in all folds, corners and cracks that are created when you use the bibs.
When applying it to the skin, the same applies more or less. Focus on areas where skin contact with skin or skin contact with pad is likely to be.
