HYDRAZERO is a hypothetical mineral salt drink essential to exercise as we must replenish the lost electrolytes to perform well, not only in competitions but also in training.
Its use is especially recommended when exercising as hydration and as recharge of mineral salt deposits prior to competitions and recovery of mineral salt levels after physical exercise.

Each HYDRAZERO takes 500mg of sodium, which improves hydration and provides a better balance of body fluids.
As a hypothetical drink, its osmolarity is lower than that of blood plasma which favors intracellular hydration. Besides that the risk of digestive disorders with this type of drink is also lower.
It is formulated with stevia so it provides 0 sugars, so we replenish the loss of electrolytes without adding calories.
TIPS:
- Prepare your HYDRAZERO and take it during your training session.
- You can also prepare it to hydrate before training and to replenish the electrolytes after your session.
- If you prefer to use a 500 ml drum. or 1 l, the characteristics of the product will not be modified, as it will continue to be hypothonic and will provide the same amount of salts. Only the taste will be enhanced or reduced by the proportion of water.
EMPLEMENTATION MODEL: Disolve 7.5 g (1 stick) in 750 ml of water and stir.
