Bicicletas Salchi shipments to the entire peninsula, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands and Portugal.
Bicicletas Salchi does not guarantee the 100% the stock of the page in front of the actual stock in stock. There may be a number of reasons why the page stock is not 100% guaranteed.
Orders will be shipped as long as the product is in stock of shop, if the product is not in "stock of shop" and should be ordered to distributor, you can see the approximate delivery date in your customer area.
For orders made after 3 p.m shipping is not guaranteed on the same day, the order will be shipped the next working day.
If the order is made on weekend or holidays, the shipment will be made on the next working day.
The packages are sent with tracking number of the GLS transport agency, which you can see in your order within your customer area.
The boxes are commensurate with the size of the products, plus their items will be well protected.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs.
5.99€ will be charged for refunds orders sent that are devuletos to our facilities as they have not been collected by the customer.
Shipping to peninsula, Balearic Islands and Portugal
Shipping costs are always: 1.99€ for shipping Standard 24/72h with GLS and 3.99€ for shipping Premium 24h with GLS. Bicycles or products of more than 10kg shipping costs are 9,99€ for shipping Standard 24/72h with GLS and EUR 19.99 for Premium shipping 24h with GLS.
These prices are only for peninsula. For shipping to Balearic Islands and Portugal check prices by adding the product to the cart.
Shipments to the Canary Islands
For orders with shipping to the Canary Islands the VAT will be affected, in this case the customs expenses will be paid by the customer using the corresponding tax charges.
In any case the shipping cost is 29€.
No shipments of bicycles or heavy products are made.
The delivery time can be between 7 days and 20 working days. The possible delays caused by customs are not contemplated.

Buy On-line and pick up in store.
All our items can be purchased from our website and delivered to our store. You just have to select the transport option RECOGED ON SHOP. The cost is free.
Once you are ready we will send you a message "Ready to pick up in store" and they can go to the store and pick it up.
