If you are not completely satisfied with your order and whenever you have not used the product, you have the right to cancel the order in a 30 days maximum, to count from the date of delivery of the full order. Shipping the return to our store is in charge of the customer, except if the product is damaged or does not correspond to the purchased one.
To return an order you have to send us the product in perfect condition, without using and in its original packaging.
It's very important that we get back the well packed products. In case the products are damaged due to inappropriate packaging, we will not admit the return. No returns are allowed in food or electronic products if they lack the original precinct or blister. No returns of used products or with obvious signs of use are allowed.
How are the products returned?
Bicicletas Salchi does not make changes in sizes, if you want another size; you have to ask us for the return, get us the product and make a new order with the desired size or product.

2. PREPARE THE PAQUETE
- Place the item in its original packaging, package or similar and prescribe it so that it does not suffer any damage.
- Write down or print on a paper the return number that has been generated once we have accepted your return.
- If you have requested a return label, enter it with your mobile when depositing your package.
3. DEVUELVE TU PAQUETE
- If you have requested a return label, you must wait for us to accept your return and send the label to your email.

4. RECEIVET YOUR REEMBOLSO
- We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive your return.
- We will refund the amount within a maximum period of 10 working days.
- For shipments paid against refunds, you will need to attach your account number to be able to make your income.
Once we accept your return, please print the return form that has been generated in your returns section and enter it in the package to return. In case you can't print it, type your return number on a paper.

Refunds
Once we receive the goods and we find that the product is in perfect condition, as well as in its original packaging, the return will be accepted and the product will proceed to refund of the amount according to the payment method. Depending on the option you have selected to send us the order we will discount the cost of refunding your refund, or not.
If the product has been purchased by bank transfer, an account number will be requested to refund it. If you are checked this show signs of deterioration, the product will be returned to the customer again assuming the shipping costs.
If the return conditions mentioned above are not respected, we reserve the right to refuse the package and/or refund.
For returns of orders made through payment for financing, such refund will have a surcharge of 2 per cent on the amount funded, for management costs.
Defective or erroneous products
If the product is not purchased or comes in bad shape, the cost of return is borne in mind. In that case request the return of the product by selecting the corresponding reason.
Once the refund is accepted we will send you a return label, and bring the package to your nearest post office.
For defective products, all shipping costs will be borne by Bicicletas Salchi during the first month since its sale Guarantees (Law, 23/2003, of 10 July, of Guarantees in the Sale of Consumer Goods and General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users).
Conditions return Packs Discount.
Returns in purchases of items with "Packs" that apply to one of your products a discount of 100%, i.e. "free", will also entail the return of this "free" article. Otherwise, the amount of the "regated" item will be discounted from the refund at the price stipulated for the product at the time of purchase.
Right to withdrawal
Once the products purchased on this website have been delivered, you have 14 days to decide if you want to keep them or not and, therefore, to withdraw from the contract within the fourteen days without justification according to the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, (General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws). There are exceptions to the right of withdrawal provided for in art. 103 TRLGDCU.
