GO Energy mini bars have high carbohydrate content (26 grams), moderate protein content (4,5 grams) and low fat content (2 grams).
How often should I eat one while exercising?
If you exercise for more than 90 minutes, you should take more carbohydrates. Point to 1/2 bar per hour, or consume with other products to reach 60g of carbohydrates per hour during exercise, for example 1 x SiS GO Energy Bar Mini and 1 x 500ml GO Electrolyte.
Are these bars gluten-free?
SiS GO energy bars are not suitable for celiacs and gluten-free diets due to their oat content.
