¿Como llegan las bicicletas que enviamos?

Todas nuestras bicicletas son enviadas con el manillar, la rueda delantera, y el sillin desmontados la tija de sillin también va desmontada excepto en casos de bicicletas con tija telescópica, en los que si que iría montada. Tampoco vienen puestos los pedales (siempre que vengan de serie).

¿Van ajustadas las bicicletas cuando se envían?

Si, todas nuestras bicicletas son sacadas de la caja, ajustadas, comprobadas y vueltas e empaquetar, por lo que la bicicleta va completamente ajustada.
En bicicletas eléctricas o con baterias, estas son cargadas y/o actualizadas antes de enviarlas.

¿Cogen bicicletas como forma de pago?

Por ahora no cogemos bicicletas a cambio de comprar una nueva, en ese caso le podemos facilitar paginas y portales de internet para anunciar su bicicleta.

¿Qué documentación necesito para financiar?

Para financiar su compra por Cofidis o Cetelem, necesita tener su DNI en vigor, la última nómina del mes y un recibo bancario o domiciliación donde aparezca su número de cuenta asociado a su nombre.

¿Qué incluimos con su bicicleta nueva?

Todas nuestras bicicletas son entregadas con bidón y portabidón de regalo.

¿Cómo se realiza la entrega de las bicicleta?

Al ser de tamaño grande, el transportista se pondrá en contacto con usted para entregar a pie de calle el paquete. En ningún caso el paquete será entregado en pisos.

¿Qué garantía tiene la bicicleta comprada por internet?

Dependiendo de la marca, los componentes tienen por ley tres años de garantía.
El cuadro depende de la marca, Scott ofrece 3 años de garantía ampliable a 5 años si registra la bicicleta en su página web. Giant y Trek, tienen garantia de por vida. No obstante en la página de cada marca detallan de forma pormenorizada todos los detalles de sus garantias.

¿Qué pasa si recibo la bicicleta y tengo cualquier tipo de problema?

En este caso, ha de llamarnos o ponerse en contacto con nosotros lo antes posible y le daremos una solución rápida y efectiva, queremos que disfrute de su bicicleta nueva desde el minuto uno.

¿Necesita hacer algún cambio en su bicicleta nueva?

En este caso, si desea cambiar o reemplazar alguna pieza, puede realizar la compra del componente que desee cambiar y comentarnos que desea sustituirlo por el que viene de serie.
En ningun caso descontamos o nos quedamos con material a cambio por el que viene de serie.

¿Es necesario registrar la bicicleta nueva?

En la mayoría de los casos si.
Algunas marcas como Scott, es necesario registrar la bicicleta en su pagina web para beneficiarse de la extensión de garantía de 3 a 5 años.
El resto de marcas también es necesario registrarlas con el número de serie.
Este número puede encontrarlo en la factura que le enviamos a su correo electrónico. Si no lo tuviera, póngase en contacto con nosotros y le indicamos como encontrar el número de serie en su bicicleta.

¿Van bien protegidas las bicicletas al enviarlas?

Si, por supuesto, nuestros compañeros de taller se esfuerzan al máximo a la hora de empaquetar la bicicleta dentro de la caja, con protecciones en las zonas de posibles roces, para que llegue en perfectas condiciones.

Envios sostenibles

Utilizamos cajas de cartón recicladas contribuyendo con el medio abiente. Si ves llegar una caja de Trek cuando has comprado una Scott, no te preocupes, lo importante es que llegue bien con la bicicleta correcta en su interior.
