The plates come with Dynamic Chain Engagement profile, whose narrow teeth are key to better chain retention and facilitate a smoother and quieter transmission. For safe assembly of the plate, the biela has a Direct Mount system that simplifies the change. The bielas have 28T, 30T, 34T and 36T plate options, are interchangeable with XTR and SLX plates and have 165 mm, 175 mm and 180 mm arm length options.
