About SiS GO energy bar

Go Energy Bake adopts a scientific approach to energy bars, providing 30 grams of carbohydrates in a soft filling bake. Each bake has a fruit center that provides 10g of fructose.

To support performance and meet the requirements of exercise, the feeding requirements for long-lasting resistance tests are advised as 60-90g of carbohydrates per hour. Science in Sport GO Energy Bake can be used to meet these demands, along with other products from the Science in Sport GO range. The unique, soft and baked texture provides an easy to eat option, with all the performance benefits of carbohydrate feeding.

The exhaustion of carbohydrate reserves during exercise is one of the main causes of fatigue. It is known that supplying additional carbohydrates during exercise improves performance, career times and delays the appearance of fatigue. Research has shown that carbohydrates of gels, beverages and bars can be used at a similar rate, so SiS GO Energy Bake provides an alternative and easily digestible format of carbohydrates to consume during exercise.
