Protein bars contain a mixture of easily digestible proteins (20 grams per bar) in the form of serum, caseine and soy protein. It is important to consume proteins near training sessions (i.e. before or after training) to maximize training adaptations.
Protein intake is often overlooked by resistance athletes. Protein bars provide an adequate amount of high-quality proteins for before or immediately after exercise.

PRINCIPLES
Formula with high protein content to promote training, adaptation and recovery Each bar contains 20 grams of easily digestible protein A high-quality mix of serum, casein and soy protein Promotes muscle reconstruction by following exercise Contains peanuts, milk, soy, gluten
The adaptation to the demands of resistance training is facilitated by increased synthesis of muscle proteins, through which new proteins are produced in our muscles after each training session. The muscle is refurbished so you can better support physical demands during the next training session.
In order for optimal protein synthesis to occur, it is crucial that we consume high-quality proteins, as proteins contain amino acids that produce new proteins. Protein bars contain a mixture of easily digestible quality proteins that act as a trigger to stimulate protein synthesis.

When should I eat these? Are you a substitute for food?
- We always recommend that food be the first thing in your diet. However, protein bars are a convenient source of protein to carry, to achieve the 20-25 g of recommended proteins every 3-4 hours.
Do these bars contain nuts?
- Protein bars are made externally and yes, the chocolate and peanut bar contains nuts and the Chocolate-con-menta bar is produced in the same place, so it cannot be guaranteed without nuts.
Should I eat one of these or have REGO after exercising?
- If you have been training and/or hydration is a concern, we suggest you use REGO. Solid foods such as protein bars take longer to digest compared to liquids such as ERW Fast recovery.
What is the recommended consumption frequency?
- Point to 1-2 protein bars a day, consumed between meals, before and/or after a training.
Will the chocolate melt on my shirt when I ride a bike?
- They have the potential to melt into warm conditions. In this situation, GO Energy bars can be a better choice as they are designed to be used during exercise.
What is the sugar content in these bars?
- Protein bars contain 17-18 g of bar sugar to help taste.
