About SiS Hydro


SiS Hydro was designed to ensure that it is effectively hydrated to produce its best performance. As an effervescent tablet that dissolves easily in pure water, it represents a very practical approach (just drop a tablet in your 500 ml water bottle) without calories.


SiS Hydro meets its sodium requirements at a specific level Concentration (30 mmol / L) that is scientifically proven to produce superior hydration compared to water alone. Benefits

During moderate to intense exercise, we can produce up to 2 liters of sweat per hour, depending on the environmental conditions. Sodium is the most important electrolyte that is lost through sweating, as it helps stimulate thirst, improve taste and promote absorption and retention.



If liquid and electrolyte losses are not replaced, dehydration occurs, which is one of the main causes of fatigue. Once dehydrated, our body temperature increases; our heart rate increases; we deplete carbohydrate reserves faster and perceive that exercise is more intense. IfS GO Hydro + Caffeine can help prevent this, with the aim of not losing more than 2% of our body mass.



It has been shown that adding caffeine has many physiological benefits during exercise that can collectively improve performance. Caffeine can increase the use of fat, effectively avoiding the use of our limited carbohydrate reserves for subsequent use during exercise.

Directions For Use

Consuma 500 ml of SiS GO Hydro 3-4 hours before your event with additional 250-500 ml in the hours before starting. During the exercise of a shorter duration where carbohydrate intake is not required, consume 500 ml of GO Hydro SiS per hour. If you want to combine hydration and energy supply, use Electrolyte SiS GO with the SiS GO Gel range.



Instructions for use



Add 1 SiS GO Hydro tablet to 500 ml of water and let it dissolve. Once prepared they are consumed within 24 hours. Do not consume more than 4 tablets a day.
