On your winter routes, whether on your road bike, gravel or mountain, the new Orhi Dyneema arse will offer you the best protection against cold and the safety of minimizing skin lesions in case of fall. We present the first winter ass to make use of Dyneema fiber.
It is manufactured by combining two technologies, Thermosystem Termika fabric that acts as thermoregulator maintaining body temperature by creating an air layer between tissue and skin and fiber Dyneema 3.0 that offers an excellent compression level and high resistance to cuts and abrasion in the most exposed areas such as hip and glutes.
An elaborate pattern combines different fabric panels with the Dyneema fiber, allowing maximum freedom of movement with a level of comfort and superior compression for the long winter routes. Seams are removed in the inside of the thighs to avoid breakage and improve the fit of the set, a new grip band is added in the ankle and waist that help improve the placement of the asste. The straps are made in a single seamless piece by removing pressure points during the pedaling.
We use the technology Etxeondo Precision & Movement that allows us to give the perfect anatomical shape to the badana Urraki so that its adaptation with both the cyclist and the positioning on the asste is unbeatable. The badana joins the asste using elastic threads so that the seam moves smoothly while the fabric.
The badana Urraki is composed of different pieces of high-recovered viscoelastic foam to avoid deforming and to ensure an independent movement of the cyclist on the bike. The outer tissue of microfiber reduces the temperature of the skin to friction and no glue or print is used to prevent any allergic reaction or excessive warming of the skin in addition to antibacterial treatment.

Technical fabric developed to provide heat and act as thermoregulator, composed of hollow and elastic fibers that provide sun protection 50+ (UVA). The technology used to treat tissue fibers allows to maintain body temperature by creating a layer of air between tissue and skin. Hollow threads that expel excess heat to the outside and prevent cold air entry.
